Answer Ducati Rossi Challenges

Answer Ducati Rossi Challenges

"We are aware of the potential we have," says Preziosi.

Ducati boss, Filippo Preziosi, sure I can solve the problem with motor GP11 following the poor results achieved by Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden on the second official test at the Sepang circuit.

Rossi and Hayden knocked off the top 10 on the last day of testing at Sepang, Thursday, February 24, 2011. Rossi then complained he was using the chassis GP11 difficulty in Sepang.

Preziosi assess the results achieved in Sepang Ducati is not the strength of the Italian team in fact. Especially in the test yesterday Rossi lost a day because of flu tests.

"In Malaysia, we did not finish in the position of our target, but it is also due to bad luck. After a promising start, Valentino flu and losing all the test one day, which forced him to enter all the jobs in the last day of the test, 'said Preziosi as quoted by Autosport, Friday, February 25, 2011.

"Valentino, Nicky and everyone worked hard, and we also do the same thing at the factory. We believe in ourselves, with commitment and focus on the target objective, we will realize the potential we had."

On the last day of the test, Rossi has only been in position 1, the lag to 1.8 seconds from the leader Casey Stoner tests. These conditions make Rossi worried.

"Today we have a lot to try to suit the motor. If we do not resolve this issue, we would feel worried because (a lapse of time) I was 1.8 seconds separated the leaders of the tests," said Rossi.
