Biggest Career Change Rossi Racing

Rossi likely to become the only rider who tried all the classes.

Valentino Rossi apparently require further adaptation after switching from Yamaha to Ducati factory. But the turn of the manufacturer was not considered to Rossi as a major change in his racing career.



According to the driver who was nicknamed The Doctor, the biggest change in his racing career just when the MotoGP switch from 500cc to 990cc in 2002.

"500cc to 990cc is the biggest change of course," said Rossi told Crash.net, Sunday, March 6, 2011.

But the pride of Italian drivers is also not denied that he also admitted to a little inconvenience when adapted from Yamaha to Ducati motorcycles.

"From Yamaha to Ducati is a bigger change than from Honda to Yamaha. Because Honda and Yamaha have some similar points," said Rossi.

Rossi won the 500cc title for Honda in 2001 in his second year primary classes. Then Rossi won the 990cc title for the HRC in 2002 and 2003.

Then Rossi moved to Yamaha and went on to become champion in 2004 and 2005. The Doctor then won two in the 800cc crown for Yamaha in 2008 and 2009.

Rossi's compatriot Loris Capirossi with the current recorded in history as a racer who has raced in the 500cc class, 990cc and 800cc.
